E.S.Co.

Norbert Finch Energy finances 100% of the design, construction, and management of the plants to obtain savings on the Customer's energy cost, which is done by means of partnerships created through EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractual agreements.

Phases

Identification of the best technical, economic, and financial solutions for guaranteed and shared savings;

Preliminary design

Drafting and sharing of the preliminary technical and economic aspects of the project with the Customer;

Signing of the multi-year EPC contract;

Drafting and sharing of the final project plan and time schedule with the Customer.

Energy supply

We respond to the energy needs of our Customers through:

1.

Contracts for the supply of electrical and thermal energy produced directly by our plants (cogeneration plants, photovoltaic plants, etc.);

2.

Contracts for the supply of energy from renewable sources through the construction of ad hoc systems to meet the complete energy needs of the Customer;

3.

Contracts for the supply of electricity and natural gas as a Reseller.

Full service

At Norbert Finch we work to order, by means of specific partnership contracts, to establish the financial investments the Customer needs to make for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of their company, in accordance with which the E.S.Co. designs and builds the plants, and manages the plants, once built.

Energy Farm

Through the development of new technologies, we are able to implement innovative production processes for the optimization of energy production, either by launching new production plants, or revamping existing ones.
